Moving to New Location!

Home is where the heart is, and we are excited to bring you to a quiet, peaceful new studio!

Due to the construction in our building and the interruption of business we were forced to relocate.

As of September 1st, our new address is:

235 W. Prospect Rd, Suite 2, Oakland Park, FL 33309

Moving Image 2.jpg

The new space includes plenty of free parking! We will continue to Zoom our regular class schedule and in-studio classes (with reservation).

While we will miss our studio that we have built with lots of love, blood, sweat, and tears, we also have built a warm, loving, connected community. We need to go “with the current” as we are taught in yoga.

Come join us in our new space!

Benefits of CBD Workshop

  • Heart and Soul Yoga and Wellness Center (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

CBD is becoming a popular natural alternative to painkillers.
Join us for this informative workshop on the benefits of CBD Oil

Pain can have you at a standstill and prevent you from practicing yoga, working out or carrying out regular activities of daily life. Come to this workshop, do your research on CBD and see if this could work for you. I have provided a couple of links from the NIH to get you started.
Extended use of pain medication or anti inflammatory drugs can damage the liver, kidneys and stomach. CBD is the most researched non-psychoactive component of marijuana and contains NO THC.

CBD Oil has shown signs of aiding in:

  • Pain relief
  • Inflammation
  • Arthritis
  • Mental health
  • Muscle cramps
  • Induces calmness and sleep free of fatigue

Bend N' Brunch

Come join us for a light vinyasa flow at @heartandsoulyogawellness this Sunday 11/19! We will get your body moving and flowing building up some internal heat. This is perfect for those of you looking to get into hot yoga but has never taken a class before. I will take an advanced flow and regress it down a bit to make it more accessible to everyone but still be challenging enough for the seasoned veteran. The best part is you pay whatever you feel the class was worth to you! After class I will be heading to @101oceanbeach for a few drinks and nibbles by the beach, so feel free to join and socialize with your fellow yogis! #bendandbrunch #feelofam
